Our remodel process is very much the same as the process outlined on the custom homes page. These projects are often just as (if not more) complicated than a new home build. That is why we are happy to offer the same project tracking capabilities that we offer with new builds for your remodel.

Kitchen Remodels
The trend towards a more open floor plan living area continues for good reason. Most folks spend a lot of time in and around the kitchen and adjacent living spaces. Homework is done at the table, meals are prepared, and morning coffee is brewed.
Many older homes, and some not so old ones, are not designed with this open living area in mind. Many kitchens feel claustrophobic, cramped and dark. If you feel it's time to improve your kitchen, we can make your vision a reality.
Bathroom Remodels
The open and airy concept does not stop in the kitchen. Modern bathrooms are filled with light, space, and style. Larger walk-in showers replace old, dark stalls (With gold trim on the glass!). Whole House Remodels
One of our favorite types of projects is the whole-house remodel. Many older homes are well built, with unlimited potential for modernization or updating. Often this includes “opening up” the main living areas. This wraps many projects into one. The kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and bedrooms are all remodeled. Interior doors, trim, paint and flooring are updated. Often the exterior of the home needs some help as well. Siding, decks, windows, doors and roofs are often in need of repair or replacement. Outdoor living spaces are a great way to spend time outside. From patios and sun rooms to outdoor kitchens and grilling stations.
A whole-home remodel can include any number of these components, but the result is always the same. A stunning transformation into a home that is comfortable to live in for its occupants. Even more importantly, a home that will be ready to serve them for many more years to come.
